Payment
Base payment (prior to grocery cost) is due one week prior to meal. At that time, a bill will be left for the grocery fee; that fee is due the following week. We accept cash, money order, and credit card payment through paypal. All credit card payments are due prior to chef’s arrival. |
Container Cost
A one-time container fee of $50 is included in your first invoice. We will purchase reusable pyrex glass containers, for you to keep, in order for us to package your fresh cooked food. We also occasionally utilize freezer bags, aluminum pans, and other containers. Biodegradable and reusable materials are used whenever possible. If you wish for us to utilize your own food storage system, this fee can be waived. |
Sliding Scale
Our primary goal at Kate's is to assist in the attainment of the health, comfort, and happiness of those around us. We are here to help each other; we are part of a world community and can only thrive with the support of others. In that way, Kate's is happy to offer a discount/sliding scale to people struggling with disease control.
If you have a medical issue for which you view food to be a strong medicine, but need help in it's preparation, let us know! We are happy to work with you, whether it be in the realm of food creation, or a simple explanation of how to utilize certain products. We are always available to discuss your needs and are happy to help! If you cannot afford the listed prices, please tell us so we can work something out.
